Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

To report an issue, email Info@streetgrindazent.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Lost packages and delivery issues will be handled accordingly.
